A non-alcoholic Gin and Tonic
This three-ingredient non-alcoholic gin and tonic takes only minutes to make and is so refreshing!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of non-alcoholic gin
- 4 ounces tonic water (we like a high-quality brand like Fever Tree)
- 1/2 lime
Instructions
- Start by adding large ice cubes to a chilled cup
- Add 2 ounces of non-alcoholic gin
- Squeeze in the juice of one lime wedge
- Top with 4 ounces of good quality tonic like Fever Tree
- Add the juice of another lime wedge
- Stir with your bar spoon
- Garnish with a lime slice
Candy Cane Christmas Mocktail
It is cool, creamy, and perfectly pepperminty…
Ingredients
- 1C half and half
- 12oz cream soda
- 4 simple syrup
- 2-4drops peppermint oil or extract
- candy canes
- 4 simple syrup
Instructions
- To prepare the martini rims, lightly coat the rim of your martini cup in simple syrup on a plate
- On another plate, place the crushed candy canes then rim the glasses by dipping the glasses that have been coated in simple syrup into the candy canes
- To make the drink, simply stir together 1 C half and half, 12 oz. cream soda, 4 tsp. simple syrup and 2-4 drops of peppermint oil in a small pitcher
- Pour mixed drink into the candy can-rimmed martini glasses
Cranberry Mocktail
Made with fresh cranberries and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, this cranberry mocktail is something anyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 apple, cut into 4 large slices and cored
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2C fresh cranberries, divided
- 4tsp cranberry simple syrup, divided
- 1/2C sugar
- 8tsp pomegranate arils, divided
- 1bottle 0% non-alcoholic brut, champagne or sparkling wine (sparkling apple cider works too but it will be much sweeter)
- rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Make a simple syrup by bringing 1/2 C sugar and 1/2 C water to a boil with 1/2 C fresh cranberries. Let boil for 3 minutes then set aside cranberries and pour the simple syrup into a jar.
- In a blender, combine the orange, apples, 1 1/2 C fresh cranberries and 1/2 C sugar
- Place 1 tbsp cranberry sauce in the bottom of 8 champagne flutes, and refrigerate remainder of the cranberry sauce
- Add 1/2 tsp. cranberry simple syrup to each cup
- Add 1 tsp. pomegranate arils
- Add 0.0% non-alcoholic sparkling wine, brut or champagne pouring slowly so as not to overfill.
Non-Alcoholic Prosecco with pomegranate and cranberries
This drink takes only a few minutes to make and it looks gorgeous. Delicious drinks don’t have to be complicated.
Ingredients
- 2tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1/4C cranberries
- 1sprig rosemary
- 1/2C pomegranate juice
- 1C ice
- 20oz non-alcoholic prosecco, chilled
- 2tsp pomegranate arils
- 10cranberries
- 2sprigs rosemary
- 1wedge lime
- Plain sugar for rimming the glass
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2 T pomegranate arils, 1/4 C cranberries and 1 sprig of rosemary
- Add the pomegranate juice and ice then close the lid
- Shake until the outside of the mixer becomes cold and frosty
- Meanwhile, rim your glasses by taking the wedge of lime and running the flesh over the top and a bit of the side of the rim
- Dip lime juice rims in cranberry cocktail or regular sugar
- Place 5 cranberries and 1 tsp. of pomegranate arils in each cup
- Pour cold cocktail mixture evenly into both cups and top with chilled prosecco
- Finish with a sprig of rosemary in each glass for serving
Ginger Beer Mocktail
Playing into that ginger flavour, a Christmas favourite!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces of non-alcoholic (0.0%) bourbon or whiskey
- 6-8 ounces of ginger beer
- 1-ounce fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Fresh mint and sliced limes for garnish
Instructions
- Add 2 ounces of 0.0 bourbon or whiskey and 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice to Moscow Mule mugs (highball glasses also works great for this drink)
- Next, fill the cups with ice (larger pieces are better so that the drink doesn’t get diluted too fast with melting ice) and top with ginger beer
- Garnish glasses with sliced lime wheels or wedges and fresh mint sprigs
