How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Ireland and the UK is free on orders of 3 or more units.
Delivery to Ireland and the UK on other orders is charged at €4.95. Delivery to other countries is charged as follows:

How long will delivery take?
Ireland & UK
Deliveries are dispatched by courier (track & trace). Our courier service have notified us that the Christmas peak has started early this year and all couriers are experiencing a backlog. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days A signature is required to complete delivery.
International orders (outside Ireland and UK) are dispatched by tracked post or courier.
International delivery lead times (after dispatch) are estimated as: Europe 3-7 business days, Rest of World 6-11 business days.
If no one is available to sign for an international delivery then an information slip will be left at the address with details of how you can collect your package.
We are so confident that you will love our products that we offer 60 day no quibble returns. If for any reason you receive goods that are damaged or you have simply just changed your mind you can return it for a replacement or refund.
Items returned must have been purchased online from www.nuafertility.com less than 60 days ago. They must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in re-saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order. Refunds are processed via the card used to make the purchase.
