When it comes to fertility, proper communication is essential as it affects us indirectly, but significantly. A message sent is not always the message received. Doesn’t seem important? Well, fertility experts think otherwise and have identified that communication when trying to conceive matters. This webinar will take you through the extreme details of communication with different sets of people around and how it influences the fertility journey.
Restorative Yoga for Fertility
The worry and wonder of trying to conceive can often leave you tired and tense both emotionally and physically. Restorative Yoga offers us the opportunity to melt into a deeply relaxed state, where we can let go of any tension that has built up in our muscles and our busy minds. Letting go of this tension in our minds and bodies means we can reduce any stress and anxiety that we might be carrying, help reduce our blood pressure and allow us to feel more in control. This will also aid in bringing about an improved hormonal balance.
This free session is all about finding a little bit of ‘you’ time, allowing yourself to slow down for 45 minutes. We guarantee that you will feel rested and relaxed after the session.
